Buenos Aires, November 17 (NA) — FONCAP S.A. has called its shareholders to an Ordinary General Assembly, for both Class A and B, and an Extraordinary Assembly, scheduled for December 12, 2025, in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, as published in the Official Bulletin.

During the Assembly, various points will be addressed, as reported by the Argentine News Agency, including the consideration of accounting documentation and the Board of Directors' management for the fiscal year closed on December 31, 2023, as well as matters related to the irregular period ended on November 30, 2024.

One of the central topics on the agenda will be the proposal for the early dissolution and cancellation of the registration of FONCAP S.A., along with the assignment of its net assets to the Social Capital Trust Fund (FFCS).

The agenda will also cover the appointment of liquidators, responsible for the preservation of corporate books, hiring an external auditor, and the ratification of fees, in addition to the election of syndics and members of the Oversight Committee by both classes of shareholders.

The call, signed by President Alberto Ramiro Weihmuller, foresees the discussion of all officially published agenda points to define the corporate and financial future of the company.
